Shipping returns by post/courier:

You can change/replace one of our products within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, by following the procedure indicated below. It is specified that the product must be accompanied by its original packaging, including any external and / or internal wrapping, accessories and instructions. For hygienic reasons, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. The product must be returned exactly in the state in which it arrived. The return request will not be fulfilled if you do not comply with these conditions.

A. Prepare the product carefully in order to protect it during transport. We recommend that you use the same box in which you received your order.

B. Insert the return form and the product to be returned/replaced in the same package:

D. Upon receipt of the package, Geo Treasure EU Srl will reserve the right to verify that the conditions of the return are met in order to proceed with the refund, by bank transfer or other method agreed with the buyer. In any case, the refund will be recognized only to the person who made the purchase.
